HR tries Juggernaut HP
Ok I am not usually too big into supplements.
I use protein powder simply because I can not seem to eat enough protein in an average day. My pre-workout supplement is usually coffee. That being said I thought I would give Juggernaut a try. I am just getting over a sinus infection so I am kinda low on energy anyway. I received the pink lemonade in the 60 serving size. I mixed up a double. It dissolved easy enough. Had a bit of a sour taste, not bad. It could grow on you. I took it about 30 minutes before workout. The energy comes on fairly strong after 15 to 20 minutes. Its a good feeling not too jittery. I cant say yet after 1 workout if it made a big difference or not. but it did seem to help. |
How did the workout go? Did you get a good pump from Juggernaut?

Well, it will be a little while before I can log.
I have pneumonia. I started feeling sick Saturday, so I tried to sleep it off. It didn't work. Went to doctor Monday and he sent me to the hospital. Been treated. I'm home and a lil better now. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |
Ah that sucks! atleast you are feeling a little better. Hope for a speedy recovery man, Rest up and take it easy :)

First day back at work today.
Doctor called cultures came back. I had a blood infection on top of pneumonia. But I get a lil better everyday. I am definately waiting till I am 100% before I lift again. Sent from my DROID X2 using Tapatalk 2 |

Pmneonia should be treated with ample rest. In a few more days you should feel better and can give it a go for the money.
