Nice! I do that too at times. I always do it with my Mio or flavored water packets and I do, do it too with my Pre-workouts and protein! Great minds think alike!

Sorry for the lack of posts this week. We are out of town, and I trained with a group down here. I drove 8 hrs Friday Night, slept about 4, got up drove 30minutes to the gym and squatted with some of the strongest guys in the country. Mixed my Juggernaunt on the drive down. Gave me just the right pick me up! On four hrs of sleep was still able to hit some 700+ squats (counting chains) for the first time since my surgery. I got to admit that I really like Juggernant so far, and will be buying some when this runs out. Best preworkout I have tried so far.

Sounds like a busy time man! That'd be awesome to get to put in work with such caliber of people like that. Great to see you enjoying Juggernaut!

Found out the bar was 60lbs so with the chains it was about 800 at the top lol. Not bad for a guy who hasnt been able to lift for 4 months

O... M....G. Nice lifts, and after 4 months off. That's insane!

So, how many scoops of HP is optimal for you?
