Only 1 scoop of Juggernaut this time, as I wasnt sure If I could even lift.

I have been sick all week with a virus. Finally been able to eat and keep it on my stomach for the last 36hrs. Decided I would workout, but try to keep things light.

prehab warm ups
bench
3x10@bar

small incline dumbbells

Deadlifts- raw, traditional stance

Overall a pretty good day for being sick all week. The 275 and the dumbbells were all the most I have done since the surgery.
