![]() THE WORK EZ Bar Drag Curls 5 x bar wu 10 x 22 Plate Weight Only wu 6 x 32 PWO wu 15 x 37 +5 +3 + 10 second negative hold Reverse Grip BB Curls 10 x 35 10 x 35 Standing Calf Raises 10 x 183 - Hold at the top of each rep 6 x 183 Straight Leg Dead Lift 5 x 45 wu 5 x 133 wu 17 x 153 Squats 5 x 45 wu 9 x 203 20 x 153 NOTES Just in case anyone is wondering about the odd weights recorded, The Fit For the King Gym weights are mostly international, all of our larger plates are international. Having gone through school without learning the metric system, I just use the strange numbers. Drag Curls - had a great pump, veins were popping. Reverse Grip BB Curls - We have a 35 bar, a favorite with the ladies. Never having done these I started light, probably way too light as these felt more like a hammer curl than a forearm exercise. Standing Calves - Goal was to hold the top up to 15 seconds each rep. My balance not being great of late, that didn't happen much. Got the first rep to 15 and the last rep to 15 of the first set and just decided to do slow reps on the rest. Straight Leg Deadlifts - Started too light. I failed on the 18th rep, should have failed earlier. Squats - First working set was okay, a good start. The widow maker set was just the right weight. Legs were toast when done. I have had DOMS in my lats all day, we will see how the legs feel tomorrow. Day two of this routine is in the books. I am liking it so far. Happy V day everyone. Juggernaut HP Pump - 8 out of 10 Strength - 8 out of 10 Focus - 7 out of 10 - waking up at 4:30 am may have had something to do with it. Endurance - 8 out of 10 I am trying to time this to kick in as I am hitting the gym. Took a little longer to get over there than I had planned. Still loving the taste, not tiring of it at all.

Workout looks awesome! I agree waking up that early could have caused the lack of focus especially if you arent used to getting up like that. Im usually up at 3:30 and working out by 4:15 lol

WGLP - started too light first set should have been 10 or less. Pendlay - After I finished I remembered that these were supposed to be straight sets not rest paused. Got cardio in one day this week and forgot the extreme stretching. This next week I need at least two days of cardio and the extreme stretching on training days. JUGGERNAUT HP Still chugging along. Thought I had timed this one out right but then my meeting went long. I was ready when we hit the gym, that is what matters. Focus was through the roof 10 out of 10. Pump was extreme, my skin felt like it was going to rip off of my triceps. 10/10 Strength 8/10 Endurance 8/10 Taste 9/10 1.5 scoops is just right at the moment. Just enough of a charge, but no bowel issues. Win in my book.

Sounds good. You know that's the best thing about a log is that you know what weight you should use for exercises. Next time you won't have to guess.

Have you tried varying the amount of water? I've heard of some that go with 4oz and feel l like it gives the taste an extra boost!
