Short version.
DC = DoggCrapp Training - developed by Dante Trudel. Employs 1 working set per body part at 80-90% of 1RM for 6-8 reps and then 3 - 4 rest pause sets to follow. Deads, Rows and squats are done as straight sets but may employ 20 rep sets, again as heavy as possible. It is a essentially an A/B split, allowing each body part to be hit three times in a two week period. It is lower volume, but higher frequency. My training partner for the next 6 weeks wants to give it a go, It looks interesting , so we are going to try it out. I am both excited and scared at the same time. Totally new territory for me. I have never trained with someone else, he is pretty intense to boot. I have never worked this type of training, so it is new. I hope I can push enough weight to make this effective. I also need to get my mind behind the fact that I do not need to be calorie obsessed for the next six weeks. All of this is new to me.

He came half way through the floor presses. It was fun and intense. My heart was pounding, we both worked up a great sweat and finished up feeling like we had been put through the wringer. Fun and intense. Floor Press - 155 is a personal best for me on this exercise. It felt almost too light which is a good sign. Static hold was a half negative, tough after the rest pause set. BHNP - thought my arms would fall off Bench Dips - others had never seen one with extra weight. 35 was actually too light, I will add more weight next time. Chins - need work, Nuff said. Rack Deads - these went up so easy it was scary. The Fit For The King folks were coming in as we were doing these. Mine were conventional grip, Jeff went sumo. My legs were shaking when done. Juggernaut HP FOCUS - Outstanding. Driven STRENGTH - weights I thought would challenge me came easy. ENDURANCE - heart was racing, but worked fast and hard. OVERALL VIEW - I feel the JUGGS helped carry me through. I like this stuff.

Great workout and review for Jugg on the DC training. DC sounds like something I'd be into after I'm done with PHAT.
