Just realized I didn't post yesterday's work. Next week I will be changing my training days so that I can workout with one of the men from the Church. I am wrestling with sticking to my current experiment, which I like or switching to a 4 day split, as I will only be working with Jeff on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will all know on Tuesday what I decided.

NOTES
Got in, Got it done, moved on. Pretty straight forward.

Juggernaut HP
I am still dealing with the inner ear issue that is affecting my balance. I admit that I slacked off on all the supps while I was not active last week. Yesterday, it was 1.5 scoops of the Jugg about 20 minutes before hitting the Dog House. Mix and taste were A+.

Strength - No wavering, just slow movement to avoid the dizzies. Will be adding a set or two of deads next session.

Focus Focus was strong

Endurance Carried me through the session. I didn't want to stop but work was calling and time bit me. I could have gone on for a while.

workout did not help or hinder. Just when I think it is getting better, I returns. Just going to have to learn to live with it.

Focus was there today. Dizziness and congestion still there but the Juggs focus carried me through.

Strength - I felt like I got stronger as the sets went along. Can't ask for more.

Endurance - Arms were worn out by the end, but I felt like I could do more.

Today's grade? A-

Training will be taking an interesting twist, at least for the next 6 weeks. An elder in the church will be training with me. I will be training in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays and mid morning on Saturdays. We are also going to give DC Training a go. Once April hits, He is heavy into Little League, so we will see what happens after that.

I have never done any training that was primarily focused on hypertrophy so this will be interesting. Juggernaut HP will be with me through this change.
