Thanks. We are into our Third year of ministry. I have about 10 folks onsite regularly.

Great focus, great strength, great energy great session, I can't ask for more. I am really enjoying this product.

Nice. Glad to hear. I like to work fast as well with minimal rest. I feel its good in keeping the heart rate up.

Start with 1 scoop

I usually do a scoop in the a.m and 1 1/2 before workout. 60 servings lasts awhile
