Gahh.. Now I'm gonna have to try three scoops. I've got a pretty high tolerance to PWO drinks, and I'm used to the freight train of energy from ones like 2 1/2 scoops of 1MR. Not to say this isn't doing it for me, just a bit subtle.

No Jitters, which makes it nice, even at 3 scoops it was very smooth
I iked 3 scoops, nice smooth energy and great pump effect

energy was there but not like it was at 3 scoops focus was good pump was good Taste is still good ----4 Feb 2013---- Wt 211lbs man im getting fat... ----LEGS---- SLDL-- 135x10/225x6/245x6/275x6/6-- oooohhh YEAH!!! Leg Ext-- 155x15x4 sets 170x12 Leg press--350x10/440x10/530x8/620x8/710x4--- goblet squats-- 70x10x 3 sets

2.5 scoops 5 minutes prior... was late drinking PWO.... but it actually was nice cause it came on deeper into my incline presses!!!
energy- good pump was good, i think im getting a better pump as the time goes by and i have been using Juggernaut longer into this log <<<<6 feb 2013>>>> WT 209.5lbs Incline DB-- 65x10/75x10/85x8/90x8/95x6 Clean- No spot, no lift off!!! not a PR, but im close to being back to where i was before my layoff.. Decline HS press-- 270x6/5.5- 250x8/6 Cable fllys-- 35x8/8/8 Machine shrugs-- 270x15/ 360x12/ 450x8/ 360x10 Seated lateral raises-- 30x8/8/8 Hammer curl press-- 40x8/8/7.... spent!! Awesome work today!!! i totally loved it, lots of motivation and pure energy and strength!!!
