a metabolism booster which can come in a pill, or eat 5-6 small meals with in 4 hours. You need to eat breakfast, so your body will not save any food, because it thinks you will not eat all day.

Well eating protein is important, but if you are trying to drop weight you need to eat less total Cals. Training does help to lose weight, I dropped 40lbs of fat in One month so that does work. But to keep off the weight keep a diary of what you eat the link for the diet section that you should read is Diet Information This will explain on how to drop weight.

Rob, frequency of meals, while "potentially" assisting hunger pains/cravings (dependent on the person), does not increase the complicated disposition of the metabolism. In addition, starvation mode, tends to be overused and/or misunderstood (at least IMO), and just doesn't switch on or off, in one day because you skip a meal or breakfast--its more akin to "ones personal trend history" in calorie amounts and disposition in its partitioning of macros/micros within this same trend history.

In addition, while some OTC's speed up heart rate, and in some cases other things (stimulating CNS), it is only a small fraction of influence as compared to the other mechanics that take part in ones metabolic rate or metabolism.

Just wanted to point that out, please don't take the post in the wrong manner, fellow Mab brother.

Peace

Chillen

ok. OP.
you post and post about getting more muscle then you post and post about cardio and speedin up your metabolism.
you're obviously new to the game, so pick one goal (add mass or cut fat) and focus. Doing both at the same time is very very difficult. Learning is great and craving info is awesome, but get your head straight and focused once youre well well well on your way towards the goal you have decided on, then on the side learn and get info for the next one. Trying to juggle and mix and match all this stuff will never get you there.
pick a goal, stay strong, and resolute until you get to the first minor goal.

Good post. I advocate the KISS method. Keep it simple, like Titan said, pick one area of focus and put your efforts into that.

The KISS method does work great. I highly recommend this as well.

Yes I am new to this. Which do you recommend me doing? I want to get bigger but I have some fat I need to lose first. Which would be the easier route to go?

Neither are an easier feat. You have to decide which you want more, do you want to lose some fat first or would you like to get bigger in certain areas? No one can really decide that for you.
