The problem is, that when I try it on, I have to tighten it to the 2nd to last hole. And since it isn't broke in, I'm pretty sure when it is broke I will be able to get it tighter. Question for you all, should I send it in and get a size smaller?

Either that or drill another hole is it becomes too big

So sent it back to exchange it for a 2X. It just arrived and it fit great. Seems like a pretty damn good belt.
