I have never been able to keep my feet down. I like having just my toes on the ground and attempting to force my heels down to keep my stable.

I'm a toe bencher. Flat feet doesn't feel good for me. I have a higher bench and have tried flat feet on blocks but it doesn't feel right to me.

Using the toes feels more natural , but for some reason it seems like Im too high up too get comfortable. I probably just need to stretch out more and find some hip flexor exercises?

Make sure your spine stays nuetral during the bench. Many people don't maintian that arch. You should be able to stick your hand between the bench and your lumbar.
Also be sure when doing this that you do not hyperextend the lumbar.

Skip ahead to the bench part. This is the best view of my set up I can find. I have tried everything in the world, and this fits me best. I have short legs, so no way to get my feet down without 1. losing the arch, or 2. using 45lb plates. If you would like me to try and walk you through what I am doing just let me know.

That is some arch J! Would love to have something like that. I know you put up the video to help with bench but I also got plenty from your squats. They are incredibly economical and awesome

You can work your arch with a PVC pipe. You don't have to have your legs behind you and wide, but it's more stable for most people. If your legs are to long, but can put them in front and wide, but you won't get as much leg drive. Just get them out far enough your butt can't come up.
