Default Keeping the Shoulder Sockets packed

Here is Brad explaining the shoulder socket and not just saying use good form but explaining things on why for the beginner to understand. I personally think he explains it better than the way most power lifting coaches do as they are used to talking more with experienced power lifters. Seen as the forum is mostly beginners I thought this would be helpfully.

This seems like more evidence for BTB's statement that bodybuilders should set up similar to, but not necessarily exactly like powerlifters with regards to back and upper body.
