Default Huge pecs

What can anyone on here suggest for me to do to get my pecs bigger? Right now they are not too big and I would love to be able to change that. Either give me some exercises or a plan to do.

There really is no magic. Use a bench press variation and dips for about 3 to 5 years and get strong as heck on them.

Bar Dips seem to work best for a lot of people. Work your way up to hanging 100 extra lbs off your waist and you should notice a difference. If you are more of a bench guy, I've heard that using dumbbells helps to activate the chest more in the movement; but I'm not a big bench guy.

May sound crazy but after my last off season, i am a firm believer in chest and back routines to help add overall size to you upper body.

Don't know if it will give you huge pecs but i believe in it.

I honestly don't know too many people who are satisfied with their chest. My training partner has a chest that you can set a 1 liter bottle on and is still not satisfied. lol

The fascia is like a sack that surrounds your muscles; think of a water balloon. The theroy is that if you stretch that sack it will create more room for muscle growth. But first you have to believe that the fascia actually inhibits muscle growth.
