Huge pecs
What can anyone on here suggest for me to do to get my pecs bigger? Right now they are not too big and I would love to be able to change that. Either give me some exercises or a plan to do.

There really is no magic. Use a bench press variation and dips for about 3 to 5 years and get strong as heck on them.

Bar Dips seem to work best for a lot of people. Work your way up to hanging 100 extra lbs off your waist and you should notice a difference. If you are more of a bench guy, I've heard that using dumbbells helps to activate the chest more in the movement; but I'm not a big bench guy.

May sound crazy but after my last off season, i am a firm believer in chest and back routines to help add overall size to you upper body.:mh:
Don't know if it will give you huge pecs but i believe in it. I honestly don't know too many people who are satisfied with their chest. My training partner has a chest that you can set a 1 liter bottle on and is still not satisfied. :confused: lol |
