I have actually benched 280, but that was after a few ramping singles. I continued to get stronger on the move but did not ever test for a max after that.

I have not been interested in benching for several months, and stopped the movement entirely, to work on overhead pressing as my main upperbody press move.

The bench is just not as a satisfying a move for me anymore as vertical pressing has become.

I replaced bench with dips as an upperbody assistance move after heavier pressing work was done. At some point I intend to work a little harder on the move again, but it is not a burning desire right now.

Last I recall, it was 88lbs but I haven't really bench pressed at all.

Best is 150kgs touch and go or 147.5kgs paused.

Want to get 180kgs in my shirt once I have it dialled in and have fixed my shoulder.

No clue, really. Been working with the 75# DBs for a few weeks. Worked with the 80s last week, but my elbow didn't like it so I backed down.

A less than masterful 110kg touch and go though I do believe I will improve that in the coming months.
