Default How do you perform 1 arm Dumbell rows?

This is something I've been wondering about for a while.
I've seen some guys performing them with both feet planted on the ground, leaned over, dumbell in one hand, opposite hand on rack. Like so:

I've seen other guys do them with one foot on the ground, one knee and one hand on the bench. Like so:

Which way do you guys use? Are there any pros or cons to using one way over another?

I personally use the second technique. It's what I've always done and it seems to work well. I've never tried them any other way.

I use to do them with knee on bench, but now it feels better to have both feet on the floor.

I've always done them with one knee on a bench. Don't think there is a "right" way or "wrong" way.

My answer: "Whatever way works best for you"

I go the knee on bench route myself.

I use both ways. Knees on bench tends to be more strict while feet on floor allows you to move a little more weight.

Both feet on the floor, one hand a bench, works best for me.

Knee on bench, mostly, though sometimes I'll do both feet on the floor but not often.
