1. Chest supported front and side raises (Drop sets, you gotta nail those rear delts HARD if you want to grow!) 2. Lunges holding a dumbell on the shoulder. 3. Inverted rows on the smith machine (Pulling the bar to the neck, so not really rowing at all) 4. Some weird pushup thing with dumbells. They would do a pushup with dumbells as handles, then turn to one side while brining dumbell around and up above them. I just want to point out the #4 is ANOTHER rear delt movement. After all that stupidity, they laid on the ground stomach down and lifted their heads and legs into the air while having their buddy time them for a minute. For those of you who might be wondering why this is stupid training, there are a couple reasons. The first is that you CAN'T PROGRESS on these combination movements. These guys were both skrawny high school kids. They need to lift heavy and EAT if they want to build muscles and strength, not do some fancy cross-fit rip off from Men's health magazine. The worst part was when they were lying on the ground moaning because they're working SO HARD to pull their head and legs up. Meanwhile I'm in the next rack pulling 4pps. WHO'S GETTING STRONGER?
