Of course sleep is important, I don't believe anyone here will dispute this. But, if you getting up to eat because your hungry, and your hitting your dietary needs/goals and it doesn't "affect" your sleep, then the time your spending is miniscule, and micromanagement on this specific issue isn't necessary.
