Yep, as wes points out TMJ and lack of fluid can both cause headaches. Lack of food, sleep, water, and stress, plus a medical condition I suffer from, all add up to give me headaches...but controlling as many of those elements as I can permits me to keep them at a reduced level, most of the time.
If you think it may be jaw related, see a dentist; if you feel it may be neck related, see a doctor...or see both and just cover yourself, it may be one of those things that can easily be sorted then again it may not be, but if it does have a simple solution it's better to know early on rather than suffer.
