Mirror Never Lies
 

I've been on both sides of that mirror. Some days I think I look decent, other days I think I look like a fat pig.

This is exactly how my wife sees herself. Me...I'm just a big lug. I admit it, see it and embrace it.

That's true though; it does make you wonder why it it the reverse with men mostly thinking they look great...though, I believe that tide is turning due to media focus on the male physique, more so now than in the past.

True. Tide is definitely turning.

Im weird I think, every time I look in the mirror I see either a chubby guy, or a skinny guy, depending what I looking for :D

I have never been "completely" satisfied with the way I looked, but this keeps me "partly" driven to achieve more. Even though I look better than I did 20 or more years ago. Being psychologically comfortable within one's own skin, is key. Too many persons allow outside influences to reflect how they personally feel about theirself, when truthful self-examination of emotions and working with these would be far more successful.

So true. I am both big muscled and slightly heavy. I am happy with both. Far happier than I was at a slender build. Media be damned.
