I use all, except the pull up, but only because I can't do them; machines only really for the lat-pulldown.

I use most except for olympic lifts. Seated cable rows are one of my favorites supersetted with pullups.

I'm a little late on this one, so I've made some modifications of which exercises I perform.

When I'm in good health I usually use the following:

Deadlifts
Pullups/Chins
Pullovers
Barbell Rows
Barbell Shrugs
Seated Cable Row


However, I'm currently using:

Lat Pulldown
Pullovers
DB Rows
Chest Supported Row/Cable Row
Seated DB Shrugs
Bodyweight Hyperextensions
