10 minutes? Not sure I my timer goes that high. At least we will make Charles Staley proud, though I don't think he recommends doing deads EDT style.

We did 100 reps in an hour last year before Thanksgiving. Maybe we should bring that madness back.

The 10-minute workout from hell aka the team challenge:


1RM DL = 75kg
50% of 1RM = 37.5kg


Total reps in 10 minutes = 96 for Crom


I literally could not muster ONE more rep, shattered in a good way.
