True. I still marvel at the time I put my back out, bending down from my computer chair to pick something off the ground.
Now I pick 200+ kgs off the ground. I'm stronger than I've ever been in my whole life. And back complaints? Gone.
It's a miracle cure.

At 50, I dont have any back problems what so ever. When I first began I did. In addition, I dont have any functional complications, what so ever. WHen I first began I did.

Take care of the house, by paying its bills with the iron, you live life with a full bank account.
