Sleep
On average mon-fri i get 6 hours at night and a 2 hour nap. Is there a major difference between this and say a straight 8 hours?
I am good for 9-10 straight on sat sun. |

I am sleep deprived.
Steve, my typical schedual is 730-4 for work mon-thursday get home at 430 on tuesday thurs 7 pm after gym on mon weds giving me around 3-5 hours to eat and take care of duties and relax. Fridays i work 730-4 then 1030 till 4 am. |

I often do the 6-7 plus one hour nap and it's not the same as a good night's sleep for me.
