Went at it with those dips again on Sat. Did much better this time around. 100 in 5:04. I knew i was better than my first performance of 60.

The first time i did them the day after a heavy chest and back day so my shoulders were probably shot. I wasn't 100% and that's why it really bothered me because i used to do sets of 20 in my arm workouts. Saturday i went in warmed up and went right at it.
