Ill admit guys the format threw me off a bit. 7rm is a bit confusing for me, I know, I am simple. It looks as if I should have grabbed some one hundos and cranked 'em out for volume.

I posted in this thread, 50 x 11, was this not where we were supposed to post? Taint much, but add that 550 / arm to the Thor 7690 and widen the gap. Even the weenie weights count!

Yeah, I ws trying to figure out how I could have lifted as much as the guys, then realised only one arm had been taken into account for quite a few, or all.

Well I did 100lbs each arm for 6.

However I used some very oddly shaped Dumbbells so that should earn more points!

Not sure about the per arm thing, I see no need.

And the only reason I did 100's for 13 is because that's all my gym has or I wouldve went with higher weight DB's. Not sure how we're going to get around that.
