Default Erectors and Deadlifting

I was looking in the mirror last night and noticed I am starting to look like a hunch back. My erectors have taken on a muscularity that I wish I could transpose over to other bodyparts.

Not much about lifting baffles me, but I will say that the erectors seem to be genetically programmed for growth. Now I wish I could get my upper back to respond in the same way.

Default

Keep DB rowing, and try to work in some overhand shoulder width chinning.

Make sure the pull on the chinning is a complete rep, and that you pull until your arms are all the way inline with your body. That last portion of the pull is the most important.

Oh my, not sure if having superstrong erectors is a good thing or not. Mrs Squatter wouldn't approve of me being a hunchback , nor would I for that matter. I shall cease deadlifting immediately

Well I'm not bent over or anything.

I need to move to a more rep friendly weight on rows and do more than one set.
