Sorry, been posting from phone.
4 wt classes, each team has to have atleast one person from each wt. Each team will compete against each other for total of tonnage for that week. w1: 100-165 w2: 166-225 w3: 226-275 w4: 276+ We can do a lift a week or a lift a month...up to you guys. I havent decided on prizes, as Im broke...lol Although it would be nice to have it plastered all over MAB what team won that week or month (Hint Hint BTB...lol) Example of team: 5kg BigFiveFive Mr.Silverback BTB Team Total for Bench: 6000lbs= 30tons= 30points Each member has to record the amount of weight they did for that session. The lift can only be recorded/posted once per week. If a member has to pass the lift for that week (lack of partners, injury, life,equipment) a 10 point by will be given. Think thats fair...again if anyone wants to add feel free to. Hope that helps some and I hope I have made some sense as I was sleep deprived when I posted this!

I think I am in too. 181 lbs.
Going over the list, so far (including everyone marked with (?) ... - 165 lbs: 2 lifters 165 - 225 lbs: 8 lifters 225 - 275 lbs: 2 lifters 275+ lbs: 2 lifters Looks like most of the lifters fall in 165 - 225 lbs category. |
