Game on. I currently weigh 117kg ish so I'd like to hit at least 20-30 reps. I've done 170 for 9 during the Smolov so this should be more than doable!

Exactly. I'll see if I can get the flip cam we got for christmas last year finally out of the box. I'm currently weighing in at 210, and I think I could do 20+ if I rested for a few days.

I haven't done more than 5 reps (other than the 8 required for one set/week on the 5 x 5) for over 3 months. I did 185# for 20 at that time.
I don't think I have the cardio or leg stanima right now to do 145# for high reps. But, I may work up to it this month.

There is no way I am hitting 20 reps with 300 pounds. But I will try! My conditioning stinks right now.

In theory. 60% gets heavier as you get stronger.
Heck, I can barely do 20 reps with 235 without dying.
