I love black coffee. And that's cheap.

In recent years, I sometimes can drink two pots PER DAY. I don't go to expensive coffee shops and shell out the big bucks for something I can make at home just as good and be more cost effective. The last time I had a thorough check up (inside and out, with a fitness test) was 3 months ago (I get one every 6 months), and I am in excellent condition.

In addition, caffeine (speaking in terms of someone whom uses it much less than I do), can also be used as a mild diuretic to remove water when dieting for certain goals--where applicable (so it has its uses). When I donated one of my kidney's to my wife's mother (to save her life sometime ago), I asked the kidney specialist if I should restrict caffeinated coffee (because of its diuretic properties), because I was concerned on overworking one kidney. He said I did not have to based upon individual properties and personal history.
I also am a heavy coffee drinker. I usually have at least 2 or 3 large coffees every day. Or at least i did until i started having these health issues and read how bad caffeine can be for the adrenal glands. I now drink green tea instead of coffee.
