I never understand former athletes who know exactly how they got into shape before but seem not to know how to remember to do so when they want to get their fitness levels back up again later down the line.

Yeh cos if you dont confuse your muscles they wont grow... Which is why there are loads of powerlifters that got big doing the same routines for years on end.... its about as believable as him being only 6% bodyfat...

P90X wouldn't be so bad if they were just honest and marketed as a routine to help people lose weight and not make bs claims about building muscle.

So it goes in this industry.

It's not a bad workout. I probably would have used it in my teens and 20s for something fun to try. The main issue I have with it is the perpetuation of the muscle confusion gobblety-gook.

i enjoy muscle confusion..............why just yesterday i think i heard my chest muscles cry out " why are you doing this to me" when i was attempting to bench 340lbs. they were confused as hell!!!!
