Default Callouses and their removal

Don't think I've posted this yet, but thought it may be helpful for those looking at ways to keep callouses flat before tearing them off in the gym:

I've been working up to some heavy deadlifts and I do some heavy pulling, but I've not had any real problems with callouses. If you're having callous problems, it might be due to your grip on pulls. Check out what Rip has to say on it:
