Oh, I just saw this! I love a challenge! I'll find a way to do this Saturday, or maybe work it into the routine replacing one day next week.
However, I will be using sensible weights I can assure you. To me this is a fun little diversion from the everyday. If I wanted torture, I'd just hit myself on the thumbs with a hammer.

I was actually thinking of putting them on video. I need to find a way to speed up the video file.
My head is telling me to do 325x100. I know I will be brutally sore for a week though.
