Default Squat form fix - The Wall Squat

I have been reccomended this to get back into my squat form and I will start doing it as a part of my warmup on squat days.

That's an excellent technique for teaching the squat as well. I used it before I started squatting and got the toes to within 1.5" of the wall.

Thats very close! Im looking forward to see what it can do for my bad deep squat form :P

Yeah, I tried for 1", but my female anatomy kinda made that impossible, especially since you keep the chest up... LOL It's actually easier than it looks.
