This is a nice article I found on a simple stretching/mobility routine that anyone can do quickly every day.

I personnally do a modified version of it and I find that it really helps.

It's by Joe Defranco, here is the link : DeFranco's Training ..:: The Ultimate Way To Become A Better Athlete ::..

(It's a little bit down in the page, it's called "Agile Eight")

Stretching is very important to do and yet I always succeed in neglecting to do it before and after my training routines.
