I apologize that someone neg repped you. I removed that neg rep and comment. We don't work that way here. If you are getting enough protein you don't need to supplement with protein. With that said, post-workout whey can help because it is easy to digest, and much more convenient than chewing down a chicken breast immediately after your workout. |
