Hello every one,I need a eating routine to help me lose weight. I go running mostly everyday for the past week now. What are some eating routine that are cheap and will help me? Help please!

Hello Alarice, rather than finding any eating routine, i recommend you find out what your natural body type is and from there, design a suitable training program with the complementing nutrition and diet customized to your genetic body make-up. this will ensure the best results unique to you.

10 Dips
10 Burpees 15 Pushups 10 SINGLE LEG Squats (each side) 5 Chinups I like that better. Seems more balanced with the strength of each movement/bodypart. Last edited by Off Road; 12-19-2012 at 10:36 AM. |
