Don't know about boards, but for rolling you can put a couple tennis balls in a sock and you can try to find a "pool noodle" and cut it down.
Haven't seen you around lately Sneezy, how ya been?

I went to Walmart and purchased a pool noodle. Cut to the length I wanted. Cut a dowel and stuck it in the middle. The only draw back is that the 4- 6 inch diameter noodles are hard to find. Mine are about 2-3 inches.
Another thought, oh shoot, Trevor already shared about the Tennis balls and socks.

For the rollers, you can just use a child's ball, beachball style hard ball; the smaller ones work well for the upper back and neck areas and the larger ones work for every other area.
Or, how about a yoga mat, just leave it rolled and if necessary place some doweling etc in the middle; they're generally made of foam to varying thicknesses.

I have used phone books for boards for bench press before. Just need some duct tape and make sure they don't get wet
![]() As for home made foam rollers, you can use pvc pipe, its pretty brutal, but if you layered it with a yoga mat or something shouldn't be too pain ful. |

Thanks for all the ideas, guys! I tried looking for a PVC pipe today but they were all quite large...I will search around.
In the meantime, has anyone ever used a pinroller (like for baking) in place of a foam roller? LOL I don't know what else to use for the time being.
