To bring fitness levels back up to what they were.
To get a 4-minute breath-hold. To do a 24kg one arm KB jerk (will need to rig something, add a 4kg weight to the heavy KB). Everything else, more strength, slightly lower bodyfat etc, will be a bonus.

My 2011 goals...
Get fit ![]() Lose the belly Increase strength and lean muscle (I want a 200 O/H Press, 300 bench and possibly a 400 squat (BP) and be 190lbs at around 10-12% bf before my holiday to Florida in October....) Currently at; 185lbs (about16-18%bf) 150lbs O/H Press 253lbs Bench 330lbs Squat (for a double) carl.
