P90X Eating Plan
I was switching channels during NFL commercials and came upon the P90X infomercial. (No, I am not making the switch to P90X - no worries). I am curious what type of diet strategy they provide to the masses. This interests me because their are so many different metabolisms and body types.
Anyone know how P90X structures their eating? |
Month 1- P/C/F 50/30/20
Month 2- 40/40/20 Month 3-30/50/20 *If you feel sluggish early in the 1st month you can go to the 2nd early. They also have an outlines of "clean" foods you should eat if there are any more specific questions you have i could probably answer them... i did the program a while ago |

i think they just have a way to estimate your BMR or whatever... tonight i'll find the exact way if someone else doesnt first |
