Hey Jeremy, do you think it would be safe to do the inverted row/pullup by setting up a step ladder with my pullup bar? I Reason I ask is that I would only do something like this at home and that's the only way I can think of to do that exercise.

I am trying to picture how this would work, and I think it would be possible, and I think it should be pretty safe.

Here is a way I have done inverted pullups, I throw a length of rope over a tree branch so both sides are close to the ground, then I lay on the ground and can do inverted rows like that.
