I stretch after a workout. Before a workout I warmup with rotations of all my joints, 10 barell swings for my upper body, and a wierd lunge/crab walk 10 steps in each direction for my lower body.

Im doing DC Training so i do those stretches but before my workouts depending how i feel i do either dynamic stretching, or some rotations and light weight stuff to loosen up the joints. Other than that if im ready to go when i get into the gym i just go for it!
