I need some "complex" ideas that don't involve standing and lifting the weight overhead. I have low ceilings. Glwanabe recommended front squats/back squats with a push while seated. I am going to try these, but because of poor flexibility I might not be able to get the bar on to my back without straining my shoulders. So I may have to do with dumbbells only. Any thoughts on some complexes for a fat man?

Sorry BTB, I read the subject and prepared to demean you until you developed psychological complexes.

I have many mental complexes. Am merely looking for physical ones to counter-balance my insanity

that'd work too... ever consider complexes with them, or just carrying them for distance? with your low ceilings you still might be able to use them, not sure how low the ceilings are....

How about a prowler? It isn't a complex, but might be good cardio. Never done them myself, but they look interesting.
