Fat Man Needs Complexes
I am going to add in some complexes on off days for GPP, and as cardio.
I need some "complex" ideas that don't involve standing and lifting the weight overhead. I have low ceilings. Glwanabe recommended front squats/back squats with a push while seated. I am going to try these, but because of poor flexibility I might not be able to get the bar on to my back without straining my shoulders. So I may have to do with dumbbells only. Any thoughts on some complexes for a fat man? |
I will give you some later, I do not have time right now, but I have some ideas

Sorry BTB, I read the subject and prepared to demean you until you developed psychological complexes. ;)

I have many mental complexes. Am merely looking for physical ones to counter-balance my insanity :)

How about a prowler? It isn't a complex, but might be good cardio. Never done them myself, but they look interesting.
