Ears

My right ear has been bothering me for a few days. Not sure if I have an ear infection or not. I have not been to the doctor in years about my ears. Do adults still get ear infections? I have not had one in so long that I do not remember how they really feel. but my ear aches, once in a while a stabbing pain. And my cheek hurts as well. It feels very tender to the touch. Does that sound like an ear infection to you?

Adults can get ear infections, yes. I had an ear infection, after a cold, and ended up with a perforated eardrum and labyrinthitis; first and only ear infection I've ever had.

With cheek pain, it could also be sinus involvment, or teeth etc, probably wise to get it checked out.

When I needed to have a root canal done my ear hurt so bad. The ear pain was caused by my tooth. Hopefully this is not the case for you though. Maybe just with your sinuses, but it can still hurt like the dickens.
