I thought it was misleading in terms of how to grow abs. Using those crunch variations is like trying to build an impressive chest and back by only doing push ups and pull ups. Add some weight!

Oh and throw a shirt on once in a while.

Same as what Dray said.
I never liked the whole "sixpackshortcuts" channel, but after watching this, he actually seems pretty humble.

Everyone is humble when in a room with 3 men that size.

The sixpackshortcuts guy isn't too bad; I've watched a couple of his vids and they're mostly just basic common sense. It was nice that he wasn't considering the powerlifting guys as fatties which would be the reaction on the street to the uneducated concerning different fitness/training style set-ups. Seriously, how many times have people gone past a seemingly (or definitely) overweight person and thought "Get to the gym!", most probably, even people that lift a lot C'mon, we all know it's true

It was interesting to see the leg lifts, most skinny people (yep, I'm generalising) would have fatigued way before they did, yet a skinny or 6-pack abs individual would be considered to appear or be healthy in relation to them; not the case, obviously.
