I hate the flat barbell bench press, but only because it confounds me... ruaaargh!

i really dont like straight legged deadlifts i threw out my back on them i will never do 1 again

I hate any and all direct abdominal work. I avoid it at all costs. It is boring, painful, and I don't think it's that necessary.

1. Pull ups - but its a great exercise to build strength
2. Running - It gets to tiring, especially if done after lifting 3. Push ups - see running 4. OHP's - I take it as the 4th basic lift after Squats, DL and Bench. 5. Back dips for triceps - My shoulders give in 6. Hyperextensions - Idiotic position IMO 7. Lower abs - Hardly manage 5-6 in a set But I will do them all anyway, if its must. I have already done them. No excuses.

Barbell rows. They tire out my lower back and do nothing for my back. There are about a million other movements that hit my back better.

Front squats. I do them twice a week. We tend to avoid the things we hate, and by instead doing it we will get stronger both mentally and in our weak points.
