If it's literally just for basic fitness, sometimes it's better to find a sport to get involved with, if that's your thing; sports, training for events, team games, and such give people a good reason to stay motivated.

My buddy is into crossfit stuff and recently started to put his (advanced) clients through this kind of stuff. Its basically 10 minutes a workout and they do a lift nonstop for that time. They usually do thrusters, clean and press or things other multijoint movements.

I would not last half time I think but its a good way to get jacked and classy if your short on time =)

Never tried it and I would not want to critique it because of this. But to me I just do not see how you can get a full body workout in only 10 minutes. Not saying it does not work, but how many 10 minute sessions do you have to do daily to get the results that are shown? I would say that it is a ploy and that you have to do several to get toned up.
