Default Best intermediate strength program?

All of my main lifts are defiantly into the intermediate level so it’s time for an intermediate program. What in your opinion is the best strength program for an early intermediate lifter?

Thanks for any feedback

Hey, I never said they weren't!

Seriously, my .02 is there are lots of real good ones floating around. What is good for me might not be good for you, so just pick one and commit to it and see what happens.

All roads lead to Rome in the end.

Well if you've made progress then I don't see a need to change, just because you've hit some numbers. If it's still working, crack on.

Obviously with blessings from the personal trainers.

By the way, just curious what are your numbers?

But in all seriousness, some decent advice I've heard is once you're an intermediate, try to write your own training plan. You'll probably flail around for a while, but get to know your body better. Then jump on a proven intermediate program and you'll have a better understanding of why it is working.

If you're still gaining, I wouldn't switch. Once you start stalling on your gains I would look at starting to look at what your weaknesses are, address them and work on progression.
