I am not saying this to be a hater or because he has an opinion different then mine. But that is the stupidest SH** I have ever read.
The author is either completely talking out of there ass, mentally handicapped, or just messing with everyone and doing this to get a laugh.

I wrote an article last year on fitness myths. It contained 75 myths and the listing went something like:

"Creatine causes kidney damage"

People didn't tread them as myths, and man did I get hammered!

I very much enjoyed this read. Especially the part about needing some sort of muscle group, trapezoidal in shape, to protect the spine. There may be some truth in that jest, too many people NEED to grow some damn traps.

Personal tips that I've learned along my still short journey:

Leave your ego at the door.
Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.
